Account Responsibility

By using TheAIClan, customers confirm that they are at least 18 years old, or using the platform under the supervision and consent of a parent or legal guardian. TheAIClan reserves the right to terminate the account in the event of any age related fraud on the users' end.

User needs an account for using all the services offered by us. The creation of account can be free or paid depending upon the service being chosen by the user. By accessing or using the services offered on TheAIClan, the user acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to comply with all published Terms and Conditions. It is user's responsibility to provide accurate information, maintain the confidentiality of their login credentials, and ensure that their account is used solely for personal, lawful learning purposes. Customers are fully responsible for all actions carried out through their accounts and must avoid any misuse such as account sharing, unauthorized copying, or violating intellectual property rights. In case of misuse of account where no information has been shared by the user, you can inform us about the same by contacting our support team immediately.

TheAIClan is responsible for providing fair access to purchased educational content, maintaining reasonable platform functionality, safeguarding user data as per its Privacy Policy, and enforcing these Terms consistently. The website owner reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently terminate accounts involved in violations, and the customer is responsible for any consequences arising from misuse, including loss of access without refund.

Course Pricing

TheAIClan offers multiple courses and programs, each priced individually. Course prices may vary based on content, duration, demand, features, or promotional decisions made solely by us. All prices displayed on the website are final at the time of purchase unless stated otherwise. By enrolling, customers agree that the price paid at checkout is final, and they cannot request refunds, adjustments, or compensation for price changes, future discounts, or offers available to other users. We reserve the exclusive right to modify course prices at any time. These changes are made entirely at our discretion and may apply to certain users, time frames, or specific marketing campaigns.

By purchasing any course, the user accepts the price shown at checkout as final and agrees not to dispute or challenge pricing variations. User understands that promotional pricing or discounts are optional offerings controlled solely by TheAIClan. Prices may fluctuate over time, it may be raised or dropped at any time later on and might be different from the price charged to you. Different users may access different offers.

In the rare event of a pricing error (technical glitch, typo, or system misconfiguration), TheAIClan reserves the right to Correct the price, Cancel the order, Offer the customer an option to repurchase at the correct price. The customer will be notified in such cases, and any incorrect charges may be refunded as per our Refund Policy.

Refunds

The AI course purchases made on TheAIClan becomes final once the user receives a confirmation email from us. Once access to digital content has been granted, cancellations or refunds are not permitted under any circumstances. Users are strongly advised to review all course details, previews, and FAQs before enrolling, as non-usage, change of interest, or inability to keep up with the program does not qualify for a refund. Attendance in any live or cohort session immediately voids eligibility for cancellation or refund. Price changes, promotional discounts, or offer variations cannot be used as grounds for refund requests.

Refunds are issued only in rare exceptional cases:

• Duplicate payments - Same course taken twice.
• Wrong course purchase - User can claim the refund in case of wrong course selection while making the payment. In such scenario, the course fee is adjusted against another course(s) free and not settled in cash.

In above cases, user must request through support team and inform them within 36 hours. The platform also reserves the right to deny refunds if account misuse or unauthorized sharing is detected.

Payments

All payments made on TheAIClan must be completed in full at the time of purchase to gain access to any course, program, or digital resource. By proceeding with a payment, users acknowledge that all prices shown at checkout — including applicable taxes, fees, and promotional rates — are final and non-negotiable. It is the user's responsibility to ensure accurate billing information and successful transaction completion, as the platform is not liable for failed or declined payments caused by banks, payment gateways, or user errors. Discounts, coupon codes, or promotional offers must be applied before payment and cannot be claimed afterward.

Use of TheAIClan Account

By creating and accessing an account on TheAIClan, users agree to comply with the following terms designed to protect the platform, its digital assets, and its learning environment. Each account is strictly for personal, individual use only and may not be used for commercial, promotional, or unauthorized business activities under any circumstances.

Users must provide accurate registration details, safeguard their login credentials, and ensure that no other individual accesses or uses their account. All actions taken under a registered account will be considered the responsibility of the account owner. Sharing accounts, distributing learning materials, downloading content for redistribution, or engaging in behavior that disrupts platform integrity is strictly prohibited.

Prohibited Uses of TheAIClan Account

Users are expressly forbidden from using their TheAIClan account for:

• Commercial purposes, including selling access, reselling content, or using learnings to operate a competing service.
• Advertising or promoting any external product, brand, company, service, training, coaching program, or business opportunity.
• Soliciting other learners to join external groups, communities, or programs not authorized by TheAIClan.
• Marketing outreach, including sending promotional messages to other members or using TheAIClan resources for lead generation.
• Sharing or uploading content for sponsored collaborations or monetized activities.
• Any behavior that misrepresents affiliation with or endorsement by TheAIClan.

Security & Misuse Monitoring

TheAIClan reserves full rights to:

• Monitor login patterns, device usage, and behavioral signals
• Detect unusual activity such as account sharing, multiple concurrent logins, or abnormal geographic access
• Require identity verification if suspicious activity is identified
• Suspend or terminate accounts found engaging in any prohibited or harmful behavior

Account termination due to misuse, commercial exploitation, or advertising violations will be immediate and without refund.

Your account will be automatically closed once the time limit for the enrolled course expires.
