2. Refund Window
A full refund may be requested within 2 days of enrollment OR before accessing more than 10% of the course content, whichever comes first. For cohort-based or live programs, a full refund is permitted only before the first live session begins. After the refund window closes, all payments become non-refundable.
3. Exceptional Circumstances
In rare cases, exceptions may be considered for:
- Duplicate payments for the same order or transaction
- Payment errors or any technical issues that prevent access to the purchased product, confirmed by our support team
- Incorrect course selection. Refunds in such cases will be provided only in the form of course fee adjustments for another course, not as a cash refund. (Notification to be provided within 2 days)
If you face any unforeseen circumstances, we may consider your request at our discretion based on the situation with valid documentation and proof of payment. Approval of exceptions remains at the sole discretion of TheAIClan.

- Reason for the refund request
Refund requests will be reviewed within 5-7 business days. If approved, the refund will be processed to the original payment method within 10-14 business days.
